If you create an account or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, organization, login information, and account preferences.
Google Account Information
If you choose to sign in with Google, ParcelPitch may receive basic Google account information, such as your name, email address, and profile image, depending on the permissions you approve.
If ParcelPitch later offers optional Google integrations, such as Google Drive file access or other Google services, we will request your permission before accessing that data.
Parcel and Geospatial Information
ParcelPitch may collect and store information related to parcels, saved parcel groups, map views, field boundaries, uploaded layers, drainage plans, soil data, imagery, elevation data, notes, and other geospatial content you create, upload, save, or share.
Usage Information
We may collect information about how you use ParcelPitch, including pages viewed, features used, map interactions, searches, saved parcels, uploaded files, device information, browser type, IP address, log data, and approximate location derived from usage.
Third-Party Data
ParcelPitch may retrieve parcel information, ownership information, boundaries, map tiles, and related data from third-party data providers. Once retrieved, certain data may be stored in ParcelPitch to improve performance, reduce repeat data requests, and support saved parcel groups and shared workflows.

- Provide, operate, and improve ParcelPitch.
- Allow users to view parcels, maps, and geospatial layers.
- Support saved parcels, saved parcel groups, shared links, uploads, and collaboration features.

- Reduce duplicate third-party data requests and improve performance through caching.

3. How We Use Google User Data
If you sign in with Google, ParcelPitch uses Google user data only to provide authentication and account-related functionality.
ParcelPitch will not sell Google user data.
ParcelPitch will not use Google user data for advertising.
ParcelPitch will not share Google user data except as necessary to provide the requested service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or with your consent.
ParcelPitch will request only the Google permissions reasonably necessary for the features being used.
4. User-Uploaded Files and Geospatial Data
If you upload files or geospatial data, ParcelPitch may store, process, render, and display that data so you and authorized users can access it.
If you choose to share a parcel group, map, layer, or file with another user, ParcelPitch may make that content available to the people or organizations you select.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload and share any data you provide.

- Service providers that help us host, operate, secure, and improve ParcelPitch.
- Mapping, parcel data, cloud infrastructure, analytics, authentication, and file-processing providers.

We do not sell personal information.
