Welcome to ParcelPitch. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ParcelPitch, including our website, applications, maps, geospatial viewers, parcel tools, saved parcel groups, uploaded layers, and related services.

By using ParcelPitch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About ParcelPitch

ParcelPitch is a geospatial data viewing and sharing platform designed to help users view, organize, save, and share parcel information, land ownership information, maps, field boundaries, agricultural layers, drainage designs, soil data, imagery, and related geospatial information.

ParcelPitch may include parcel data, ownership data, third-party map layers, user-uploaded files, public data sources, and data retrieved from third-party providers.

2. User Accounts

Some ParcelPitch features may be available without an account. Other features, such as saving parcels, uploading files, creating parcel groups, sharing private layers, or connecting third-party services, may require a user account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse ParcelPitch. You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
• Upload malicious files, code, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.
• Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute data in violation of applicable laws or third-party data provider terms.
• Use ParcelPitch to harass, mislead, or harm others.

4. User Content and Uploaded Data

You may upload geospatial files, field data, notes, images, or other content to ParcelPitch. You retain ownership of content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant ParcelPitch permission to store, process, display, analyze, and share that content as needed to provide the service and features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and share any data you provide.

5. Third-Party Data and Services

ParcelPitch may use third-party data providers, mapping services, parcel data providers, cloud services, and authentication providers. ParcelPitch is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data or services.

Parcel boundaries, ownership information, agricultural data, and public records may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Users should independently verify important information before making business, legal, agricultural, engineering, or financial decisions.

6. Google Sign-In and Google Services

ParcelPitch may allow users to sign in with Google or connect Google services. ParcelPitch will only request access to Google data that is reasonably necessary to provide the relevant feature.

Use of Google services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

7. No Professional Advice

ParcelPitch is a software and data visualization tool. It does not provide legal, engineering, surveying, agronomic, financial, tax, or real estate advice.

Any maps, parcel information, elevations, boundaries, ownership data, soil data, drainage information, or other geospatial layers are provided for informational and visualization purposes only.

8. Paid Features

ParcelPitch may offer paid features, subscriptions, usage-based services, or enterprise accounts. Pricing, limits, and available features may change over time.

If paid services are added, additional payment terms may apply.

9. Intellectual Property

ParcelPitch, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and platform features, is owned by CoaxTerra, LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from ParcelPitch except as expressly permitted by us.

10. Service Availability

We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of ParcelPitch at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

ParcelPitch is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParcelPitch and CoaxTerra, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
